Sudalimenta S.r.l. is not liable for any direct/indirect loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the sale of the goods and the services available on the catalogue of its web-site. Sudalimenta S.r.l. also disclaims all responsibility for any delay and/or non-delivery, as well as for any non-correspondence of the consignments to their descriptions on the site, or for anything else which the company cannot be held directly responsible for.

Sudalimenta S.r.l. cannot guarantee the availability of the products you order, due to the everchanging of the supplies amount caused by direct access to the catalogue and by online ordering.

Risk and ownership
Goods are usually shipped free port and paid by invoice charged. Carriage forward consignments are delivered only upon the customer's request and travel at his/her own risk as from the handover of the goods to the carrier entrusted with their transportation at the Sudalimenta S.r.l. warehouse. The buyer is bound to check the condition, the quality and the amount of the received goods against the packing list (DDT). Any non-correspondence must be recorded on the consignment note and then notified within 8 days by telefax (+39 080 5046600) or by registered post to the following address: Sudalimenta S.r.l. , Via delle Murge n° 61 70124 Bari (I) . The customer is bound to check the amount and the condition of the consignment before signing even if packages are not damaged. He/She must record any mistake on delivery and in the carrier's presence by registering it on the consignment note, which enables him/her to claim for damages. If such checks cannot be performed on delivery, please notify any mistake to both the carrier and Sudalimenta S.r.l. as soon as you inspect the consignment. Such mistakes must be communicated by fax or by registered post to the above mentioned Sudalimenta S.r.l. fax-number and address within 8 days from their detection. Any irregularity notified later than that will be ignored. The customer takes full responsibility for all his statements.

Orders
Orders will be accepted only in writing, or if sent by fax or online. Online customers will receive an e-mail providing them with the serial number of their order and asking them for confirmation. If the serial number is not displayed after a few minutes, that means that your order has not been accepted for all legal purposes, even if due to accounting- or management-related reasons, or to unavailability of the ordered item.

Prices
Sudalimenta S.r.l. is entitled to change the prices on the web-site at any time and without any notice. During the registration procedure you will be asked to tick your category (i.e.: PRIVATE BUYER, DISTRIBUTOR, RETAILER, AGENT etc.) in order to join in and learn about the exclusive prices for the one you choose. If no category is ticked your computer will display the prices reserved to PRIVATE BUYERS . In order to protect the business-interests of NON-PRIVATE users their details will be verified before they can get free access to the price list of any category .

Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, goods must be paid on delivery by cash or in advance by money transfer.
