Shipments and returns

Unless otherwise agreed Sudalimenta S.r.l. is entitled to arrange for shipment and delivery. Goods travel only at the buyer's risk.
The consignee is bound to report any theft, loss or damage related to the transit of the goods and must record it on the delivery note, as specified in the “GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE” at paragraph “RISK AND OWNERSHIP”.

Sudalimenta S.r.l. disclaims all responsibility for loss and/or damage arising out of or in connection with any shipment arranged by the buyer from the handover of the goods to the carrier charged with their transportation.

Delivery time is approximate: it is liable to changes caused by acts of God or of the authorities, as well as by bad traffic and road conditions. Goods are usually delivered within 7 working days from the date of the shipping.
