Black-Eye Beans (Dolichos) have a small rounded shape white coloured with a small black speckle. They are one of the few pulses originary from mediterranean area and were wll.known by ancient Romans. Rich in fibers, proteins and iron, Blck-Eye beans are ideal with cereals and some olive oil.
