Maccheroncelli is a hand made pasta prepared with fresh eggs, according to an ancient recipe from Lucania. We suggest it with butter and cheese. It is 3 cm long and takes few minutes to be cooked. It is available also in green (with spinach) and red (hot chili pepper) or mixed (white, green and red).
