How to prepare it: In a large pan pour 4 spoons of olive oil or butter, add the content of the bag, 1l of warm water and a stock-cube. Bring to cook and season with salt and pepper, and serve it with oil on some slices of roasted bread.

Cooking time: 60 minutes.

Note:Prepared only with decorticated pulses, this soup is particularly useful to all those people, first of all babies, that have some problems in digesting the pulses' skin.
